25 days leave + bank holidays
TRN encourages everyone to take their allocated leave! It is good for you, therefore it’s good for the business! Book all your leave via WhosOff. Our annual leave year runs from Jan to Dec.
Glide Time
Work the hours you choose throughout the week to ensure a better work/life balance. All we ask is 7.5 hours of work Mon-Thu and 7 hours on a Friday (and a minimum of 30 mins lunch) between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
3 day holiday roll over
If it’s unavoidable, we will authorise 3 days annual leave to be carried over to the following year (but we recommend taking all your leave!)
Quarterly team events
Team TRN will get together regularly throughout the year for business updates, but more importantly, a bit of fun. Including the Summer Shebang and Christmas Extravaganza.
Health Plan
TRN provides employees with a silver cover health plan via MyStaffShop, to help with the financial side of a number of health issues. Birthday Off
Celebrate the day all about you with an extra day of annual leave. You have to use this on your birthday or up to 3 days either side – no compromises or saving it up – it’s about birthday fun.
Volunteer Day
All TRN employees can apply for an extra day of leave per year to give back to the community or to a cause dear to their heart. Day off to plant a tree, read to children, shop for the elderly, remove grafitti… you got it. All you need to do is apply for your volnuteer day before putting it on the system by sending an email to people@therecruitmentnetwork.com.
WFH/WFA
No obligation to be in the office (unless you are needed for meetings!) Work from home, work from your summer house in Bali.. (or your parents house in London) as long as you do what’s needed to a high standard, it matters not where you are.
High street discounts and cashback scheme

EAP

Length of Service Recognition
When you reach your 5 year TRN-aversary your leave will increase to 27 days p/a (or pro rata equiv) and you will get a £500 bonus. When you hit a TRN decade your leave will increase to 30 days p/a (or pro rata equiv) and you will get a £1000 bonus.
Fitness & nutrition
Via Spectrum Life, you have access to a digital gym (weekly classes, recorded classes and training plans) as well as fitness and nutrition tracking based on your personal insights plan.
NEST Pension
When joining TRN, if you meet the criteria, you will be opted into a NEST pension. This is optional and you may choose to opt out if you prefer. More information will be sent through to you on joining the scheme.
WFH allowance
To support you whilst working from home, TRN will add £26.50 to your monthly pay to help with bills.
Discounted gym
Via MyStaffShop you can access MyGymDiscounts which has a range of savings on gym memberships (20+ countrywide gyms) and digital memberships (Peleton, LesMills etc.) and fitness tech (Garmin etc.)
Well-being resources
Via Spectrum Life you have access to well-being programmes, self-guided meditation and sound space (well-being podcasts)
24/7 online GP
Unlimited, free access to a virtual GP service by video or telephone. The consultation service can provide medical advice, reassurance, diagnosis, second opinions and private prescriptions. You can find this service via the main menu of MyStaffShop.
