Purpose
The purpose of this role is to minimise member churn by delivering a high-quality online events programme that ensures every TRN Member can participate in events that are relevant, valuable and engaging. - Use the data to identify trends and contributing recommendations based on member needs, popularity and feedback
- Build strong relationships with Marketing, Partners and Member Success teams, sharing relevant information on a timely basis
- Support the wider events team in delivery of key ‘marquee’ events in the TRN calendar
- Drive the efficiency of the events team by identifying opportunities to utilise AI and automation, and to improve processes where applicable
