As Chairman of The Recruitment Network, James works with recruitment business leaders, helping them to achieve significant growth, performance improvement and competitive advantages acting as a Non-Executive Director, consultant, trainer and strategist for numerous fast-growth recruitment businesses.

Purpose before Profit

When The Recruitment Network (TRN) was established, the founding directors made it clear that this was going to be a business that at its heart had a very clear set of values, that was committed to ethical code of conduct and that was driven by a purpose.

In fact, as an organisation, we believe our Purpose motive should always sit right next to our Profit motive.

One of our core values here at TRN is to Make a Difference. Every year we donate £000s to different charities that we feel need our support the most and are close to our hearts. It is our way as a business to give back to those who need our help the most.

At the start of each year, we kick started our annual CSR programme by giving a significant charitable donation on behalf of each and every Club member, Plus member and TRN employee to our dedicated charity, Young Minds.

We currently run three core initiatives that focus around:
