Support, Advice, Expertise
The one thing that binds us all together is our enthusiasm and dedication to providing an outstanding experience for our members and to make a positive difference to the recruitment sector.
As well as the TRN Team, TRN Board and our Partners, we have within The Recruitment Network a huge family of strategic advisors, experts, trainers, coaches and consultants who are here to help our members achieve their ambitions.
All this, for one monthly investment.

Purpose before Profit
In fact, as an organisation, we believe our Purpose motive should always sit right next to our Profit motive.
One of our core values here at TRN is to Make a Difference. Every year we donate £000s to different charities that we feel need our support the most and are close to our hearts. It is our way as a business to give back to those who need our help the most.
At the start of each year, we kick started our annual CSR programme by giving a significant charitable donation on behalf of each and every Club member, Plus member and TRN employee to our dedicated charity, Young Minds.
We currently run three core initiatives that focus around:
GIVING - SUPPORTING - HELPING
Whilst these are fundamentally internal TRN initiatives, we use the power of the wider TRN community wherever we can to maximise the impact we can make.
