Mediation Rescue
Our bread and Butter is Workplace Conflict Resolution (As well as Multi Party ADR):

We advocate for External early intervention once Conflict is apparent and a shift from process to resolution.. Retaining Employees Requires Creative Thinking
In today's globally connected business landscape, the way employees experience work matters greatly. A workplace that is not only positive but also engaging is crucial—not just for productivity, but as a magnet for retaining top talent. Recruitment and talent retention are ongoing challenges for HR, and I expect these will persist in 2024.
According to the TELUS Health index, workers who cite their manager relationship as their primary source of work stress lose 55 working days in productivity per year. Similarly, those who are anxious about job security lose 54 working days. High levels of stress often lead to increased turnover: 10% of those considering quitting cite increased strain at work as the main reason.
“As people’s strain goes up, their productivity goes down.”
The pace of change today is not slowing down—it’s only going to increase. Our demands at work will continue to rise, and so will our stress levels. To future-proof your organisation and its people, the time to invest in cultures that boost resilience and mitigate stress is now.
