The 1-3-5 concept was created by Pete Wilkinson of Reclaro – Reclaro® helps businesses clarify, focus and communicate what’s important to align teams and grow faster. In Reclaro’s model, the 1-3-5 comprises 1 Vision, 3 Objectives and 5 Key Results for each Objective.
The purpose of The Recruitment 1-3-5 Action Plan is to create the clarity and focus needed to help you achieve your ambitions and keep you and your team on track.
