Amit is a seasoned finance leader with over 12 years of experience in recruitment finance and 18+ years as a qualified accountant. Previously, he was Finance Director (EMEA & APAC) for a recruitment business that successfully exited for ~£40m, where he played a key role in scaling operations, supporting acquisitions, and managing the post-acquisition transition with the US parent entity.
