Our Story: Two Friends, One Vision

TeamLift was created by two math competition friends from North Macedonia whose journeys have been anything but ordinary:

Boz Vitanova
Boz’s career spans leading talent projects at DHL in Germany, launching a social enterprise in Brazil, and conducting skills research at Brandeis University. With a passion for merging the precision of numbers with the complexities of human behavior, Boz founded TeamLift to empower employees with AI-enhanced skills that truly make a difference.

Dr. Tome Eftimov
A globally recognized AI expert, Tome’s journey includes earning his PhD at the Jozef Stefan Institute, postdoctoral work at Stanford University, and becoming one of the most cited AI researchers in 2022. As TeamLift’s Head of AI, his deep expertise in natural language processing, representation learning, and explainable AI ensures our training is both cutting-edge and highly practical.
