To kicks things off we will have an interactive session with James Osborne, co-founder of The recruitment Network, looking at current market conditions and strategies to outperform the competition.
Part Two: In Conversation with recruitment industry experts, Mike Gawthorne and Keith Lewis:
We will then move on to a live Q&A session with Mike Gawthorne and Keith Lewis, who will be sharing their experiences of growing and scaling two incredibly successful recruitment businesses.
Mike Gawthorne led ARM/Serocor from its early inception as a single brand (ARM), employing 4 people, to being VC-backed multi-branded group (Serocor), culminating in a successful MBO in 2020. Upon his departure from the business, the Serocor Group peaked at a turnover of £120m, employing over 200 staff across offices in the UK, Germany, and the US, with an outsourced team of 35 in India.
Keith Lewis has over 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry, the majority of which was with Gattaca PLC, overseeing the growth of their 6 brands across the engineering, technology, professional staffing, and training markets, both within the UK and internationally. His experience focuses on scalable, sustainable, and profitable growth by working with managers, leaders, and owners via defined plans and strategies.”
